Water Feed Systems
An automatic water feed is required on all ES, SVS and SSB boilers.

Line Pressure Water Feed Systems
ES 99117 and SVS 99117 are water feed systems used to supply makeup water to the boiler when incoming water line pressure is 10 psig or greater than the operating pressure of the boiler.
ES 99117 Completely factory plumbed and wired; 0-100 psig range; 1/2” NPT size. Consists of strainer, solenoid valve (120/1/50-60Hz), and check valve. For SSB boilers specify SSB 99117 with stainless steel construction.
SVS 99117 Is completely factory plumbed and wired, 0-150 psig, 1” NPT size. Consists of strainer, sole-noid valve (120/1/50-60Hz), check valve for auto-matic feed, and a bypass system with manual valve to speed up initial filling.
Standard on all boilers.
High Pressure Water Feed Systems
Systems ES 38002A, ES 38020A are used to maintain constant water level in the boiler when boiler operating pressure is equal to or greater than the incoming water line pressure and condensate is not returned to the boiler. (See CONDENSATE RETURN SYSTEMS section for pumping equipment to handle condensate.)
ES38002A
Range is 0-100 psig, 1/2” NPT size consisting of strainer, solenoid valve, 1/3 HP 120/1/60 motor and pump. This assembly is mounted on rubber shocks secured to steel base mounting plate. A jacketed cable is supplied for electrical connection. This unit requires field plumbing and wiring to the boiler. For SSB boilers, specify SSB 38002A or SSB 38020 for stainless steel construction.
ES38020A
Range is 0-125 psig, 3/4” NPT size consisting of strainer, water solenoid valve and 1/2 HP 120/1/60 motor and pump mounted on rubber shocks and secured to a steel base mounting plate and includes essen-tial plumbing. This high pressure cold water feed unit is a separate assembly that requires field plumbing and wiring to the boiler.
SVS38020
Range is 0-150 psig, 3/4” NPT size consisting of strainer, water solenoid valve and 1/2 HP 120/1/60 motor and pump mounted on rubber shocks and secured to a steel base mounting plate and includes essential plumbing. Separate assembly requires field plumbing and wiring to boiler.
